How the Trust Works
The Trust is run by a board of nine members who meet once a month to take final, legal responsibility of the organisation and its future plans. All the board members are themselves volunteers and take on different roles to ensure the smooth running of the organisation. The Board is also supported by a number of other volunteers in the organisation, the majority of whom work in the cafe.
This management structure is in the interim stages and will be reviewed once the NDT business plan has been completed in March.
